[OOC] meaning “Out of Character”.
Toriel is a technology newb, so I want her to have a Geocities-era site, complete with multiple Under Construction gifs, a webring, a visitor counter, maybe a guest book….
I was attempting to have music playing in the background, but it wasn’t putting the controls up, so as retro as I want this to be, I refuse to have auto-playing unstoppable music. XD
